This course is taught on the grounds of a working Certified Organic, biodynamic permaculture farm in the heart of the Costa Rica Vida Zone. While on the farm, many of the indigenous practices are offered for our retreat guest to participate in including educational herb walks, herbal tea preparations, herbal medicine preparations, cacao tree to bar processes, chocolate making, as well as indigenous recipes are shared from the heart of the community.

Applying a pro-health not anti-disease approach, Laure teaches women, and men, how to embrace what makes them unique - physically, emotionally and spiritually - to create an optimal wellness lifestyle that is effective, personalized and easy to maintain. Laure’s ability to interpret ancient wisdom through a modern lens - turning the “mystical" into the “practical” sets her apart. Raised in a multicultural experience, the core of her practice is colored by a deep appreciation for cultural differences and an awareness of individual perspectives. When she’s not working with clients, Laure enjoys cooking delicious meals and finger-licking desserts.

Lisa Morris specializes in family and environmental healing which also includes business and corporate structures for complete balance within all systems. Lisa brings a unique style of healing the whole to her clients and students. Lisa currently owns and operates a captivating biodynamic farm and sanctuary nestled in the Costa Rican rainforest.
Lisa has been an empowering practitioner for many years working with various healing techniques to restore balance and harmony with her clients and has recently become an advanced Bodytalk facilitator. Lisa discovered Bodytalk after a call from an esteemed mentor inquiring into the process.She then researched and visited the only practitioner and instructor in the Western US. Listening to this new paradigm of asking the body what the “priority” is the body is wanting, Lisa knew she was in the right place to learn and to build upon the transformational sessions she was already offering to her clients.
